Jigs & Fixtures

Speed up your builds with tools made for the job.

Assembly jigs take the guesswork out of repetitive work. Whether you’re squaring up lumber frames, aligning holes for hardware, or holding parts in position while fasteners go in – a well-made jig saves time on every single use.

  • Alignment guides for consistent cuts and drilling
  • Corner and T-junction jigs for lumber assembly
  • Drill guides with labeled hole sizes and spacing
  • Small-batch production fixtures

Lumber assembly jigs – designed for 3/4″ framing, with marked t-junction centerline for alignment. Printed in PLA. Used on a custom frame project in Meridian.

Brackets & Mounts

Custom fit where off-the-shelf hardware falls short.

Standard brackets come in standard sizes. When your application doesn’t match what’s on the shelf – wrong dimensions, wrong material, wrong mounting pattern – a custom printed bracket is often the fastest fix. We design to your exact spec and print it ready to install.

  • Wall and surface mounts for sensors, panels, and components
  • Structural corner brackets for wood and light framing
  • Cable and conduit routing brackets
  • Replacements for broken or discontinued plastic hardware

Corner brackets for deck construction – printed in PETG for outdoor durability. Stronger wall thickness than the original stamped metal version.

Replacement Parts

When the original is broken, discontinued, or just not good enough.

Plastic parts break. Manufacturers discontinue them. Lead times stretch out. In most cases, if you can hand us the broken piece or describe what it did, we can design a replacement and have it printed within a day or two. We can also improve on the original – thicker walls, better geometry, or a material that holds up longer.

  • Direct replacements for broken plastic components
  • Redesigned versions with better strength or fit
  • Parts no longer available from the manufacturer
  • Custom modifications to existing designs

Easy-to-use cable clips that can be mounted with standard wood screws. Deployed on the underside of a desk riser for cable management.

Materials & Capabilities

Materials

  • PLA
  • PETG
  • ABS
  • ASA
  • Carbon fiber blends available

Capabilities

  • Up to 10″ x 10″ x 10″
  • Functional parts only
  • Typical turn-around: 1-3 days

Material Selection Guide

PLA

Best for basic parts that don’t see heat or heavy stress.

Why choose it
  • Lowest cost
  • Clean surface finish
  • Fast turnaround
PETG

Good balance of strength and durability.

Why choose it
  • Stronger than PLA
  • Doesn’t crack easily
  • Handles moisture well
ABS

For functional parts that take stress and heat.

Why choose it
  • Higher Strength
  • Better heat resistance
  • Common for industrial use
ASA

Built for outdoor and long-term exposure.

Why choose it
  • UV Resistant
  • Weather durable
  • Similar strength to ABS
Carbon Fiber Blends

PLA-CF, PETG-CF

For parts that need extra stiffness and a premium feel.

Why choose it
  • Very stiff and stable
  • Cleaner, matte finish
  • Less flex under load
Quick Decision Guide
  • Need cheap and fast → PLA
  • Need durability without brittleness → PETG
  • Need strength + heat resistance → ABS
  • Need outdoor performance → ASA
  • Need maximum stiffness and precision → Carbon fiber blend
